About J.G. Boccella
J.G. Boccella is a musician, artist, and entrepreneur working at the intersection of arts, education, social impact, and personal growth.
He is the founder and CEO of VISION BY JG, INC, a personal growth platform for visual thinkers — like a vision board taken 10 steps deeper — designed to help people gain clarity, maintain focus, and build confidence and momentum toward their goals.
He has been gradually losing his eyesight since childhood due to a rare condition called retinitis pigmentosa (RP) and is currently about 80% blind. That experience has given him a deep interest in all forms of VISION.
From an early age, people recognized his ability to see strengths and potential in others — often before they saw it themselves. Over time, he developed this into a practice of helping people gain clarity, think differently, and see what they may be missing from the inside.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Art from Brown University and a Master’s degree in Arts in Education from Harvard University.
