And how do we get there? Together?

“Our society needs more individuals like you taking their passion and talent for effecting social change and sharing them with both youth and adults. I highly recommend your program to schools, higher education institutions, community and faith-based organizations and businesses.

- Daniel Horgan, Senior Director, Corporate Engagement, Mentor: The National Mentoring Partnership

“Kudos to @JGBoccella for his tireless and innovative work on behalf of #genderequity and the empowerment of women and girls! #FierceWomenProject”

- Christine Spadafor, Managing Partner, Coltala Holdings, Panel speaker at Harvard Medical School conference and Harvard Business School conference

“Hi JG.  This is WONDERFUL!  Much of Carnegie Mellon’s current focus around diversity and inclusion is “meaningful interaction” – we have a lot of diversity, but what are we doing with it?  Are our community members benefiting from it, particularly through meaningful engagement and interaction with others?”

- Courtney Bryant, EEO Specialist, Office of Equal Opportunity Services at Carnegie Mellon University

“Part of what fires our #purpose is that we all have a unique lens on the world - we see things differently than others. This is certainly true for J.G. Boccella. He's a man standing for #equality for all and helping #men see the opportunity to bring their own #strength in support of #women's #leadership.”
